When issued a ticket, the officer must present a verified complaint to the courts and you before the case is heard. Penal Code 853.9. If this is not supplied, the court has no jurisdiction, and there is no case. See the bottom of the ticket, on the front or back for this info.

California Vehicle Code (DMV) sec. 260, says all commercial vehicles are the only vehicles required to be registered.

Warrants:

If there is a warrant for your arrest, it is only valid if it is supported by a 4th Amendment Warrant, which is a " Warrant of Law".

Or lets use the churches for example.

You don't need permission to be tax exempt to operate a church. See IRS code 501(a) 8.

There was no law passed on American citizens having to pay taxes. The IRS says paying taxes are VOLUNTARILY. See IRS 1992 & 1993 Commissioners Statements.

But yet thousands and more loose their property, homes, wages garnished because of ignorance. We are in Bondage because we sign away our rights. Once you sign the contract. That makes you liable to carry out what you asked for.

Remember NO ONE made you take what they offered or made you sign the contract. The word says in Proverbs 9:11, through knowledge the righteous will be delivered.

My question is do you want to be delivered? Do you want to live free. Believe me when I tell you. You can live free WITHOUT the Governement interferance. The only thing or person is stopping you is fear and you.

God can not do a new thing until you make the change. God wants to give you the treasures of darkness and hidden riches of secrets places. Isaiah 45:3.

FOREIGN SOVEREIGN IMMUNITY TITLE 28 SEC 1508

The 11th Amendment took away the JUDICIAL POWERS of all judicial officers, February 5,1795.

The Eleventh Amendment removed all "judicial power" in law, equity, treaties, contract law and the right of the State to bring suit against the people.

Those who hold office have knowingly and willingly given up their citizenship to this country under Title 8 Section §1481 to become a foreign state agent under 22 USC.

The People have Eleventh Amendment Immunity, because there is "NO JUDICIAL POWER" of the inferior courts? AND the People have FOREGIN SOVEREIGN IMMUNITY under Title 28 Sec 1508 ARTICLE III SEC 2 U.S. Constitution.

A pleading can not be placed before a court without "judicial power" and 12(b) (1) or 12(b) (2) of the FRCP and the Civil Rules of Procedure, clearly defines why there is no ?judicial power? before which to make a pleading
